Who processes your data

What we receive
- Request: name, phone, e-mail, preferred way to reach you, comment and the list of pieces in your cart.
- Account: e-mail and password (the password is kept only as an irreversible hash — we never see it).
- Newsletter: your e-mail address.
- Web-server records: IP address and time of the request — used to limit automated submissions.
Why
So that a manager can reply to your request, help you choose a piece and agree on size and timing. The newsletter is used only for news about new collections — you can unsubscribe by replying to any letter or by messaging us.
We show no advertising and never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who can see it
- The staff of the house who handle requests.
- Telegram — a notification about a new request reaches the manager as a message.
- Google Sheets — the request is copied into the house working spreadsheet.
- The hosting provider of the server (Germany) the site runs on.
Payments
There is no online payment on this site. We never ask for card details through the site and store no payment data.
What stays in your browser
- The language and the theme you picked (light or dark).
- The cart — the list of pieces you saved; it does not leave your browser until you send a request.
- If you are signed in — a session record so you do not have to sign in again.
- There are no third-party advertising or tracking files on the site.
How long we keep it
Requests and the correspondence about them — while needed to serve the client and to meet record-keeping duties. An account lives until you delete it. A newsletter address is removed as soon as you ask.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, delete your account or withdraw consent. Write to us and we will answer within a reasonable time.
